Report a bug from inside the app
The quickest way to send us a useful report is Settings → Diagnostics → Send a bug report in the app. It attaches a scrubbed snapshot (recent logs, device model and OS version, app settings) so we can reproduce the problem. Nothing is sent unless you tap send.
Purchases and refunds
koko is sold through the Meta Quest store, so purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Meta under its store policy. You can request a refund from your Meta account’s purchase history. If something isn’t working, email us first — we can usually fix it.
Deleting your data
koko is local-first and has no Krafti-hosted account, so almost all of your data lives on your headset and is under your control:
- On-device data (libraries, tags, watch history, bookmarks, settings, server tokens, browser data): clear it from Settings in the app, or remove all of it at once by uninstalling koko from your Quest.
- Bug reports you submitted and abuse reports from Watch Together are the only data that may reach our servers. To request deletion of anything tied to you, email support@krafti.io and we will delete it. Watch Together session and identity data is ephemeral and is discarded automatically when a session ends.
