Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the koko VR Theater application (the “App”), the koko Companion PC application, and this website, all provided by Krafti SASU, a Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) registered in France (RCS Paris 852 598 572), 75 rue Manin, 75019 Paris, France. Your use of the App is also governed by the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
What koko is
koko is a media player and library tool for content you already own or are authorised to access. It does not provide media content. You are responsible for the legality of the content you access through it, as described in the EULA. koko Companion is a free utility that shares folders from your own computer to your own headset over your local network.
How koko is sold
koko is obtained from the Meta Horizon Store. The App is free to download and try, with a one-time in-app purchase that removes the trial limit.
Meta is the seller of recordfor that purchase: billing, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Meta under its store terms and refund policy, and a refund is requested from your Meta account’s purchase history. Krafti does not process those payments and holds no payment details of yours. We do not sell licences, activation codes, or in-app content through this website.
The koko Companion PC application is provided free of charge and is not sold at all.
Refunds
Refunds for the in-app purchase are handled by Meta under its store refund policy, from your Meta account’s purchase history. If something is not working, email support@krafti.io first — usually we can fix it. Nothing here limits your rights under French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation).
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App and website lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, attempt to access them in unauthorised ways, or interfere with the licensing, activation, or update mechanisms.
Availability and changes to the service
The online parts of koko (activation, device reset, update checks, Watch Together signaling) are provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or changed over time. Your licence is verified offline on your device, so an outage does not stop koko you have already activated from working. We may add, change, or remove features of the App; if we discontinue an online service entirely we will give reasonable notice on this site where we can.
Third-party services and trademarks
koko interoperates with third-party services and software, including Plex and Jellyfin, and runs on Meta Quest hardware. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners; Krafti is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The App and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Krafti’s liability is limited as set out in the EULA, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@krafti.io — we would much rather fix it than argue about it. Failing that, you keep every right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, including the right to bring the dispute before the courts that have jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the App and website evolve; material changes will be posted here with a new date. The version in force is the one published when you make your purchase.
